Workplace incivility is defined as a heretical behavior that is formed by a violation of the rules of mutual respect in the workplace, which does not exactly reveal the intention but damages the target person. Spreading comments about employees, listening to employees and ignoring employees, spreading rumors about their colleagues are just some of the incivility behaviors exhibited in the workplace. Even though the intention is not certain, the workplace incivility has some effects on the employees. Employees experiencing incivility behaviors may experience work stress, dissatisfaction and psychological distress, but also fall in their job performance and tendency to quit. From this point of view, the main purpose of the study is to determine the effects of work indifference on bank employees (job satisfaction, job performance and the turnover intention). In this context, the population of the study is composed of bank employees in Bingöl province. The data obtained regarding the effect of the workplace incivility on the employees were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 package program. Descriptive analyzes, reliability analysis, frequency, correlation and regression analysis were used to reach the results of the data As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the work incivility effected job satisfaction and job performance negatively. However, there is no relationship between the workplace incivility and the turnover intention. In the light of the findings of the study, evaluations and suggestions were made regarding the work incivility, job satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention.
