2013-2020 YILLARI ARASINDA IJLA’DA1 YAYIMLANAN TÜRKÇE EĞİTİMİNE YÖNELİK MAKALELERİN ÇEŞİTLİ UNSURLAR AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bilim ve teknolojide yaşanan hızlı ilerlemeler, kişilerin ve toplumun gereksinimlerini büyük ölçüde değiştirir. Bilim ve teknolojiyle birlikte toplumların gereksinimlerinde meydana gelen bu değişimlerin eğitim ve eğitim programlarına yansıması da kaçınılmazdır. Yaşanan bu gelişmeler, kişisel ve sosyal gelişme ile birçok alandaki başarının ön şartı olarak kabul edilen Türkçe eğitiminde de yeniliklere gidilmesini gerekli kılar. Bu gereklilik doğrultusunda Türkçe eğitimindeki gereksinimleri saptayıp bunlara çözümler sunmak, bu çözümlerin eğitim programlarına yansımasını sağlamak ve eğitim öğretim uygulayıcılarına yol göstermek için bilimsel çalışmalar yayımlanır. Türkçe eğitimine yönelik yayımlanan bu bilimsel çalışmaların hem niceliksel boyutunu hem de hangi niteliklere sahip olduğunu saptamanın alandaki araştırmacılar ve eğitim uygulayıcıları için önemli olabileceği düşünülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı 2013-2020 yılları arasında IJLA’da yayımlanmış Türkçe eğitimi alanındaki makaleleri çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Makaleler IJLA veri tabanı üzerinden taranmış ve Türkçe olarak yazılmış makaleler seçilmiştir. Seçilen makalelerden bir kısmı araştırma kapsamına uygun olmadığı için incelemenin dışında bırakılmıştır. Yalnızca 88 makale araştırma kapsamına dâhil edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin incelenmesinde doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmayla 2013-2020 yılları arasında IJLA'da yayımlanmış Türkçe eğitimiyle ilgili çalışmaların çoğunlukla öğrenci gelişimiyle ders kitaplarının incelenmesine yönelik olduğu, 1 ya da 2 yazar tarafından oluşturulduğu ve nitel desene göre yapıldığı görülmüştür. Çalışmaların büyük bölümünün okuma ve yazma dil becerileriyle ilgili olduğu, en fazla çalışmanın da 2017 yılında yayımlandığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Rapid advances in science and technology greatly change the needs of individuals and society. It is inevitable that these changes, which occur in the needs of societies together with science and technology, are reflected in education and training programs. These developments necessitate innovations in Turkish education, which is accepted as a prerequisite for personal and social development and success in many fields. In line with this requirement, scientific studies are published in order to determine the needs in Turkish education and to offer solutions to them, to ensure that these solutions are reflected in the education programs and to guide the education and training practitioners. It was thought that it would be important for researchers and educational practitioners in the field to determine both the quantitative dimension and the qualifications of these scientific studies published on Turkish education. The aim of this study is to examine the articles in the field of Turkish education published in IJLA between 2013- 2020 in terms of various variables. The articles were scanned through the IJLA database and the articles written in Turkish were selected. Some of the selected articles were excluded from the review because they were not suitable for the scope of the research. Only 88 articles were included in the research. Document analysis method was used to analyze the obtained data. With this research, it was seen that the studies on Turkish education published in IJLA between 2013- 2020 were mostly aimed at examining textbooks with student development, were created by 1 or 2 authors, and were made according to a qualitative pattern. It was determined that most of the studies were related to reading and writing language skills, the most studies were published in 2017.
